There's not really band, but the vocals are from Aya Hirano.
Susumu Nishikawa played the guitar, Takeshi Taneda played the bass guitar, and Yutaka Odawara played drums.

I don't know if there's an actual band name, but if you want the song, then look for "Aya Hirano - God knows".

This song appeared in the anime "The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi".
